A. ESTABLISHMENT OF NEW VENTURE OR

INDIAN UNIT: (JOINT VENTURE)
We undertake & provide necessary pre-feasibility assistance for the establishment of your proposed Venture either you would like to have wholly owned or would like to have Indian partner (Joint Venture) for in the expansion/ diversification program of Indian unit by providing latest technology Transfers. Assistance for Legal agreements preparation as per present Regulation.
B. ESTABLISHMENT OF SERVICES/TRADING
UNIT:
We also undertake pre-feasibility studies for your proposed to establish Services/or Trading activities either wholly owned or in Partnership as per CAP provided under the FDI liberal Policy declared by the Government of India during July 1991, updated from time to time. .
C. EXTERNAL COMMERCIAL BARROWINGS
We undertake pre-feasibility studies for raising of foreign Commercial loan (External Commercial Barrowings) permissible under the Guide Lines facility provided by the RBI in FEMA 2000. The Foreign companies/Institutions /Suppliers of equipment can provide such loans on deferred payment basis/ acceptable for case to case basis.
D. ESTABLISHMENT OF BRANCH/LIASION OFFICE IN INDIA:
We undertake feasibility for the establishment of your Branch office/Liaison Office/ and or to carry out trading activities of your foreign product in India. Market studies and the promotion of your foreign products also undertaken as per regulations.
E. ESTABLISHEDMENT OF EXPORT ORIENTED UNIT IN SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (SEZ) OR OUT SIDE SEZ IN INDIA.
We undertake the preparation of feasibility reports for your establishment of 100% Export Oriented Unit either in SEZ or out side inclusive to provide all assistance of statuary approvals and other approvals, clearances with documentations required for Import /Export s of Goods and Services required.
F. COMPANY FORMATION IN INDIA
All assistance available for the formation/Registration of Indian Company/Joint venture company and or Public Limited Company plus services provided for the issue of shares.
G. PROJECT FEASIBILITY/REPORTS AND
BUSINESS PLANS PREPARATION:
We Prepare detailed business plans /project report and provide feasibility studies as per norms set by the approval authorities/bankers for the purpose of grant of financial assistance, or loan provided by the Financial Institutions in India. We also undertake feasibility studies for your proposed Modernization and Diversification for raising loan or raising External Commercial Borrowings (ECB).
H. RECRUITMENT ASSISTANCE:
We provide all assistance for the selection and recruitment of manpower (Professional & Executives), required strength to the Indian companies or foreign companies
